Our story

Created from a love of cats

Elyssian British Shorthair was founded by Elyssian Baker from a love of cats and a deep appreciation for the British Shorthair breed.

The aim was a place where families can learn about the breed, feel informed through adoption, and understand the commitment of welcoming a companion home.

As Elyssian grows, we build lasting relationships with families who share our respect for cats and responsible ownership.
